What You’ll Do Welcome and connect with practice members in a warm and professional way Manage bookings, payments, communications, and daily office operations Support the Chiropractor to deliver a seamless practice experience Keep the practice clean, organised, efficient, and full of positive energy Help coordinate and attend community events to support practice growth Who You Are Experienced in administration or reception (1 years required) Confident, engaging, and naturally great with people Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Health-minded and passionate about wellness A positive team player who takes pride in their role The Details Casual role Approximately 20 hours per week available: Monday and Wednesday 3:00pm - 6:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30am - 11:30am Participation in virtual company trainings and meetings Occasional weekend availability for community events Training provided within a supportive, health-focused team How does the selection process work?
