We’re looking for a highly experienced migration agent who can step into a leadership and ownership role — someone capable of overseeing complex matters, leading people, and ensuring the business runs smoothly when the Directors are not present. The Role As our Senior Migration Agent , you will hold genuine responsibility across case delivery and team performance. You will: Manage and oversee complex visa matters end-to-end Review and sign off applications prior to lodgement Lead, mentor, and support migration agents and migration assistants Ensure deadlines, workflows, and caseloads are consistently met Act as the technical escalation point for high-risk or complex cases Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements Provide clear reporting and insights to the Directors Step in as the day-to-day lead Conduct client consultations , including new enquiries, with a strong focus on complex, high-value, and escalated matters , and support conversion through senior expertise. This role requires confidence in decision-making and the ability to lead without constant oversight.
