Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients, you'll lead the delivery of commercial landscape projects across WA. About the Role Projects include commercial landscaping, streetscapes, irrigation, public open space and external works. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating site teams, subcontractors and resources to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and labour hire personnel. Plan daily activities and allocate labour, plant and equipment resources. Monitor site progress, productivity and labour budgets. Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain a safe working environment. Liaise with builders, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Ensure works are completed to programme, quality and safety requirements. Manage site issues, defects and project documentation. About You Previous Site Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or Construction Supervisor experience. Experience leading site-based teams within construction, landscaping, civil or external works environments. Ability to coordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources. Sound understanding of workplace safety, quality and environmental requirements. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience delivering landscape, civil, external works, land development or commercial construction projects highly regarded.
