We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Coordinator to help bring our teams, players and events to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build their skills in content creation and storytelling. Working as part of our team, you’ll support capturing moments, telling stories and engaging fans across our digital platforms. What you’ll be doing Capture and edit engaging video content including match-day moments, training, press conferences, behind-the-scenes access and community initiatives with guidance from senior team members. Create timely social-first edits optimised for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Support the Social Media Coordinator with daily content delivery to maintain a consistent publishing cadence across 16 platforms. Assist with filming and production of smaller-scale shoots, interviews and club activations. Develop basic graphics, thumbnails and visual assets to support video and social content. Adapt content into multiple formats and aspect ratios to meet platform requirements. Maintain organised media libraries and follow established workflows to support efficient content production. Monitor content performance and contribute to improving content based on insights and team feedback. Provide support during match days, events and campaigns with live or near-live content capture and editing. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual standards with support and direction from the team. What you’ll bring to the table: Exposure to video production, social content creation or digital media (sport or entertainment desirable). Basic video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar highly regarded. Basic filming skills including camera operation, lighting and audio capture. Understanding of social media platforms and how content should be tailored for each channel. Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar). Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A keen and creative eye for detail and storytelling. Proactive, team-oriented and willing to roll up sleeves to get content made. Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends during matches and events. Relevant qualification in Media, Film, Communications or related field (desirable).
