We are currently seeking a highly creative and collaborative Marketing Assistant who will join our Marketing team on a permanent part-time basis (0.6 FTE). Reporting to the Marketing Specialist, the primary focus of the role is to provide operational, administrative and marketing support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Marketing and Audience Research teams In this role you will: Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across Scitech programs and events. Support campaign implementation including electronic direct mail, event listings, website content updates and customer communications. Manage and update Scitech’s online presence including Google Business profiles and tourism/event listing websites. Schedule and publish social media content across relevant platforms, monitor engagement and respond to customer comments and queries in a timely and professional manner.
