Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly Conduct Nursing Assessments Skills & Experience Community nursing would be an advantage Subacute and disability experience. Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
