About the Role We have an opportunity for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Roofer to join our close-knit maintenance team. You'll be out on a variety of sites across greater Adelaide each week, using both your hands and your problem-solving skills to keep our clients' roofs in top condition — with less physical demand than construction work. This is a genuinely autonomous role — you'll work independently and directly with clients on-site, supported by an experienced team back at base. Conduct roof repairs, replacements, and installations Install flashings, guttering, and downpipes Roof leak detection and problem solving Conduct inspections and assist with written reports Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs Measure and order materials for jobs About You You're a motivated, reliable tradesperson who takes pride in your work and enjoys building rapport with clients. You're comfortable working autonomously but thrive as part of a team. You're looking for a long-term home with a company that will invest in your growth. Essential Criteria Qualified experience in Metal Roof Plumbing and Maintenance Working at Heights Licence Over 11m Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence Construction White Card Valid Driver's Licence (company vehicle provided) Own tools Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights Desirable Criteria Minimum 2 years' industry experience Experience talking directly with clients on-site Additional roofing or plumbing tickets Please Note: National Police Clearance, DCSI Clearance, and SAPOL Clearance will be required for an immediate start.
