SEEKING FULL TIME BUILDING ESTIMATOR Bradley Trade Services is a well-established, ever-expanding family-owned business dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service across every project we undertake. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Building Estimator to join our growing team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, pricing projects, coordinating trades, and helping deliver quality renovation and building outcomes from start to finish. About the Role As a Building Estimator, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and our internal team to prepare accurate quotations, manage project scopes, and help convert leads into successful projects. You will be responsible for both estimating and customer relationship management throughout the sales and pre-construction process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond promptly to customer enquiries Conduct site visits and consultations with clients Understand customer expectations, requirements, and project goals Take measurements, photos, and prepare sketches or basic drawings where required Prepare accurate estimates including labour, materials, subcontractors, and project requirements Source pricing from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and deposit invoices Follow up quotations and assist in closing sales Liaise with trades and services throughout the project lifecycle when required Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders Promote the company within the community and assist in generating leads What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements Current Builders Licence (required) Strong understanding of building codes, safety regs and compliance standards Strong estimating and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current driver’s licence Strong computer skills and ability to work within estimating/project management systems Personal Attributes Professional and customer-focused Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Why Join Bradley Trade Services?
