Key Accountabilities Caseload Management Lead direct engagement with participants, delivering person-centred, strengths-based support across all stages of the employment journey Identify individual strengths, goals, motivators, and barriers to inform tailored employment pathways Coordinate appropriate training, activities and community supports to build work readiness, skills and confidence Oversee delivery of an eight-week capacity building program including structured training and work hardening sessions Employer and Community Engagement Develop and maintain strong employer partnerships to create sustainable employment opportunities for people with disability Work with community stakeholders to identify services that remove barriers to employment and improve participation outcomes Support wage subsidies, internships, work experience placements and workplace adjustments in collaboration with key partners Grow and maintain a strong referral and employer pipeline to ensure full program capacity and strong placement outcomes Administration, Compliance and Reporting Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation including outcome evidence, wage subsidies, risk assessments and compliance reporting Record all stakeholder feedback in systems and ensure timely follow-up and action Team Leadership and Supervision Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing team to deliver quality employment services and strong participant outcomes Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual requirements, organisational model and best practice in inclusive employment Drive capability development, training, succession planning and continuous improvement across the team Strategic Leadership Lead initiatives that improve employment outcomes for people with disability and strengthen service performance Deliver employer and community engagement strategies aligned to program requirements and local labour market needs Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and service delivery models to ensure relevance and impact Core Competencies Experience & Knowledge Experience in disability employment services, supported employment or a related human services field Experience leading or supervising teams with a focus on performance, quality and compliance Understanding of inclusive employment practices and barriers faced by people with disability Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to facilitate training and support capability development Genuine commitment to inclusive employment and empowering people with disability Other requirements Australian working rights Reliable transport and willingness to travel as required Required checks and certifications (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid, CPR and NDIS modules) to be completed upon offer/commencement If this opporunity sounds like your next purpose led career move, reach out to Oliver Hall ~ persolapac.com for a confidential chat or click "APPLY NOW" to formerly apply
