We are currently seeking experienced Chefs & Aged Care Chefs to join our team. Are you passionate about creating delicious and nutritious meals? Must be available to work during the day for a minimum of two days per week Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification Working With Vulnerable People is highly regarded, but not strictly needed (to be able to work at schools). Ability to obtain a valid Police Check Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience in catering to various nutritional needs Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following proper sanitation procedures Familiarity with HACCP standards, WH&S guidelines, and safe food handling practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal F or Aged care chefs only: Up-to-date Covid & Flu vaccinations Able to work independently to prepare and cook meals for a small group of residents Previous experience in aged care cookery Able to collaborate with the care team to ensure individual dietary needs are met, including considerations for allergies, intolerances, and cultural preferences Genuine care and compassion for the well-being of the residents you are cooking for Uniform : White long-sleeved Chef jacket, chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes Keen to join us?
