About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer to support the delivery of manufacturing and fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience across project coordination, technical documentation, and quality compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet regulatory requirements, and align with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in line with project and Australian Standards Compile Manufacturing Data Reports (MDRs), including certifications and compliance documentation Manage document control, revisions, and project traceability Develop and track project schedules, monitoring progress and reporting variances Coordinate procurement, fabrication, inspection, and delivery milestones Support risk management, change control, and cost tracking activities What you'll need to have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required 1–3 years' experience in manufacturing, fabrication, mining, or similar industries Exposure to Australian Standards (e.g. AS/NZS 1554, AS 3992, AS 1210) advantageous Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) preferred Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
