Training you will deliver Due to growing demand, ERGT is expanding delivery of AMSA-approved and Nationally Recognised Training, including: Certificate of Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boats (STCW Reg VI/2, Table A-VI/2-2) MARF034 – Carry out fast rescue craft operations PMAWHS312 – Command the operation of survival craft Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (other than Fast Rescue Boats – STCW Reg VI/2, Table A-VI/2-1) These programs rely on trainers with genuine sea time, operational credibility, and firsthand experience in emergency response and vessel operations. You must hold at least one of the following: STCW Reg II/1 or III/1 Certificate of Competency Engineer Class 3 Near Coastal AMSA Certificate of Safety Training Master Chief Integrated Rating (STCW Reg II/5 & III/5) Integrated Rating (STCW Reg II/5 & III/5) Able Seafarer – Deck (STCW Reg II/5) Able Seafarer – Engine (STCW Reg III/5) Preferred (or Willing to obtain) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or working towards) HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid If you’ve led drills, responded to onboard emergencies, mentored crew, or operated rescue craft, your experience will be highly regarded.
