About the Role As the Administration Officer at APPC, you’ll assist in keeping the site running smoothly by coordinating dispatch documentation and transport bookings, managing front-desk and phone enquiries, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining key records and supporting timesheets, inductions and general office administration. The role is part-time, so could suit someone who needs to work around school hours. Key responsibilities Provide front-desk reception and manage incoming phone enquiries. Receipt and process purchase orders in SAP. Maintain trading stock records in Almads. Monitor and reconcile CHEP bin movements (including weekly account balancing). Maintain grower service requirement forms and lodge information in Almads. Manage delivery and receival transport bookings. Collate timesheets and liaise with payroll for site personnel. Maintain employee files and records. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Generate invoices, code and lodge, then file appropriately. Purchase office and factory consumables as required. Maintain visitor sign-in and site entry procedures. Conduct inductions as required. Maintain the Approved Supplier List and supporting documentation and coordinate completion of supplier assessments. Maintain the SDS register with current copies. What you’ll bring Administration and/or production support experience (ideally in manufacturing/processing). Strong organisation and time management. Clear written and verbal communication. Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills. Results-focused and proactive. Can-do attitude and works well in a small team. Working knowledge of Australian WHS requirements. Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Supportive, reliable team member.
