The Role Reporting to P&C Manager and supporting workforce planning and scheduling for hourly teams across Australian Retail Stores, the Guest Education Centre, and Distribution Centre. Partners with Workforce Planning, People & Culture, and operational leaders to create efficient schedules that support employee experience, operational needs, and compliance requirements. They are looking for someone for a FTC for 11 Months a 38-hour week with 4 days in office & 1 from home per week. Duties Some of your duties will include: Proven experience in workforce scheduling and rostering; Dayforce knowledge is highly preferred Strong understanding and practical application of Enterprise Agreement (EA) clauses, particularly within an Australian context Highly analytical, with demonstrated experience creating reports and interpreting workforce data Retail industry experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and workplace practices Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Proven experience in workforce scheduling and rostering; Dayforce knowledge is highly preferred An understanding of Enterprise Agreement (EA) clauses A positive and team-oriented attitude Be available to commence immediately!
