About the role Join De-Construct.com.au as a full-time plant operator based centrally in Richmond, SA. As a key member of our construction team, you will operate civil plant at various worksites. What you'll be doing Safely operating a range of civil plant, mainly excavators/ skid steers, to support our projects across South Australia. Assist with the setup and operation of civil construction sites Carry out basic maintenance and serviceability checks on plant and equipment Work collaboratively with the teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures What we're looking for An operator experienced with civil construction plant and machinery, including excavators and skid steers. Construction industry experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong safety focus, committed to operating plant and equipment in a safe manner. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to get the job done. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Authorisation to work in Australia with any valid work rights.
