This is a casual position with flexible hours and competitive hourly rates. Job Description: As a member of our Home and Community Care team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes and communities. Your role may involve assisting with personal care, household chores, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans and ensure that their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
