Join our dynamic Growth Ops team in this newly created role as a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & UX Specialist, a pivotal role focused on enhancing our website's customer experience to drive significant growth in SEO visibility and conversion rates. Reporting to the SEO & Website Lead, you'll identify and implement key website improvements, championing a customer-first approach. Your work will directly contribute to making our digital platforms more intuitive and enjoyable, translating into tangible business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the SEO Website Lead in prioritising and delivering impactful website enhancements. Focusing on customer experience outcomes and advocating for the Brand. Generating insights from user behaviour analysis to drive rapid, quality improvements. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to embed UX best practices. What experience you’ll bring We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for understanding user behaviour and a curiosity for creating exceptional website experiences that lead to growth. Ideally, 2 years in digital marketing, UX, or a website-focused role. Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of A/B testing principles. Experience with user behaviour tools (e.g.,Microsoft Clarity ) is a significant advantage. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for optimisation. Excellent communication, time management, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
