The Opportunities We are seeking motivated, skilled professionals for the following roles: Logan Village Workshop Partner Position: Workshop Operations Manager (1) The Role: We’re looking for a top-notch manager who can autonomously manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including a small team of up to 3 staff, parts management, and customer communication. This is a 4-bay site with 3 hoists . The Freedom: This site has a cult following and a raft of 5-star reviews. The current owner is moving to a new site to grow the business, leaving you the freedom and responsibility to run your own show. They will remain available for support and mentorship at all times. The Basics: We don’t need to tell you how to be a mechanic—you already know this. We are happy to support and develop your growth into a class-leading customer communication legend. Tingalpa Workshop Partner Position: Experienced Automotive Mechanic (1) The Role: We’re looking for an experienced mechanic (3rd or 4th year is fine, as long as you have the motivation to keep learning) who has their own tools and a dedication to quality work. This 3-bay site has 3 hoists (includes wheel alignment/tyre gear, but these aren’t the core focus). The Team: This store is currently managed by the owner who is well loved by all of their regular clients—a great chance to learn from a highly respected and truly down-to-earth customer service veteran. The Basics: You'll have on-the-tools experience. The guys in this shop are highly experienced—there is not a lot they haven’t seen. If you hang around with them enough, you will pick it up quick. For the apprentice who wants to step up, we are happy to mentor and support you through the journey to become a top-tier mechanic. What's Next?
