Job Description We are currently seeking a support worker to work with participants that require complex care . Eligibility Criteria Must have experience Relevant qualification in Complex care, Palliative care, Community Services, or equivalent Proven ability to manage high-risk, high-complexity participants Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis response skills Strong understanding of the NDIS, restrictive practices, and safeguarding Current Ahpra registration National Police Check (within the last 12 months) Full Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle Must have the right to work in Australia Must be confident working independently 2 Manger references - work number Mandatory Requirements Australian resident Workers Screening Check, Working with Childrens and First Aid CPR At least two years experience working in a similar role Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance Australian Licence The ideal person will be friendly, fun, have lots of energy and engaging to build a therapeutic relationship to successfully assist our clients within their home.
