We’re currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Brisbane head office. This is a pivotal front-of-house role focused on delivering an exceptional reception and client experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You’ll be the welcoming face of the firm, the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, creating a professional, friendly, and seamless experience from the moment someone walks through the door or picks up the phone. Description What you’ll do Be the welcoming face of the firm, managing reception, incoming calls, visitors, meeting rooms, and always ensuring a professional front-of-house experience Greet clients and visitors, offer refreshments, coordinate catering, and assist with room set up and pack down for meetings, events, and training sessions Manage incoming deliveries, mail, couriers, parking arrangements, and liaise with building management and security where required Provide day-to-day administrative support including travel bookings, ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, maintaining records, and assisting with general office coordination Maintain a strong understanding of the firm’s Directors and service lines to confidently direct client and internal enquiries Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive team culture What you’ll bring Proven experience in a reception, front office or client service administration role, ideally within professional services, accounting or financial advisory environments Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally warm, professional, and proactive approach Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional presentation standards Confidence managing a high volume of calls, visitors, and competing priorities A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence learning new systems and technology The Vincents Experience We believe people do their best work when they’re supported, challenged, and inspired.
