Key Responsibilities As a Recoveries Specialist, your day-to-day duties will include: Managing the end-to-end recoveries process within a portfolio of claims. Effectively and efficiently communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Negotiating the recovery of claims (both insured and uninsured) to maximise recovery potential. Driving timely recovery of funds while maintaining a client-focused approach. Accurately recording and managing work through relevant systems and processes. Providing ad-hoc administrative and team support as required. About You We are looking for a talented communicator and proactive team player who has: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred). Background in commercial property and liability claims management (preferred). Experience in motor vehicle claims (desirable but not essential). Strong customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Outstanding negotiation skills and written/verbal communication abilities. Capacity to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. Knowledge of legal and court processes (advantageous).
