What’s On Offer Highly competitive pay rate 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Long-term project pipeline, with an initial 12 month commitment Work on industry-leading decarbonisation & renewable energy initiatives Join a Tier 1 operator at the forefront of mining innovation Strong team culture focused on safety, quality and collaboration Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical contractors and work fronts Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and documentation Conduct pu nch list walkdowns and quality inspections Manage isolations and HV systems Interpret and review electrical drawings and project documentation Support commissioning, handover and SIMOPS coordination Drive field leadership, safety compliance and BMS adherence Build strong relationships with site teams, stakeholders and contractors Essential Requirements (MUST Have) Section 26 (S26) – Statutory Supervisor qualification WA A-Grade Electrical Licence High Voltage Switching Certification Minimum 10 years electrical experience At least 5 years in a Supervisory role within mining/construction Proven experience with HV distribution systems (overhead & underground) You must have full working rights in Australia. Highly Regarded Cert IV in Instrumentation Experience with fibre and communications networks Exposure to completions management systems Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, HS&E regulations and commissioning practices Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments About the Project You’ll be contributing to one of the most ambitious decarbonisation transitions in the global mining industry, integrating renewable energy, electrification and next-generation technologies across large-scale operations.
