Duties and Responsibilities: Take charge of ingredient selection for our gelato, cakes, and other sweet products. Assume responsibility for the daily production of a diverse array of desserts, semi freddo, cannoli, ice creams, waffles, cakes, and more Monitor the product quality at various stages throughout the production process. Devise new recipes to bring innovation to our offerings. Create imaginative decorations for cakes, ice creams, and other items. Ensure the maintenance of daily hygiene standards. Operate a variety of tools, mixers and machinery effectively Assist in training staff Requirements The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience.
