Full-time | Wangara (North of the River) | Manufacturing Environment Future relocation to Muchea within approximately 12 months We're looking for a Production Administrator to help keep our manufacturing facility organised and running smoothly. Our business manufactures transportable buildings, site offices, containers, toilets and modular structures , with around 40 projects being built at any one time . This role plays a key part in keeping production schedules organised, coordinating activity across the factory, and supporting the team to ensure projects move through the production process efficiently . You'll spend most of your time in the office coordinating schedules, updating project information, assisting with customer queries and helping resolve issues , while also spending some time in the factory each day checking on progress and communicating with trades and supervisors. The role is currently based in Wangara , however the business will be relocating to a new facility in Muchea within approximately 12 months , so applicants should be comfortable working from Muchea in the future. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, practical and confident communicating with tradespeople and production teams , even if you haven't worked directly in construction before. What You'll Be Doing · Supporting the coordination of the production schedule across multiple projects · Updating and maintaining project tracking systems and job schedules · Communicating with customers regarding project progress, timelines and updates · Conducting daily walk-throughs of the factory to monitor progress · Liaising with trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters · Assisting with identifying delays or issues and helping coordinate solutions · Supporting the factory team to ensure projects stay organised and on schedule · Assisting with coordination of materials, deliveries and job priorities · Maintaining accurate production records, documentation and reports · Helping ensure projects move smoothly from production through to dispatch About You You don't need to be a manufacturing expert, but you do need to be someone who can stay organised, communicate well with different people and keep things running smoothly in a busy environment . You'll likely bring: · Experience in administration, production coordination, scheduling or operations support · Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once · Confidence communicating with tradespeople, factory teams and customers · A practical mindset and ability to solve problems as they arise · Strong communication and customer service skills · Ability to stay calm and prioritise in a busy, fast-paced environment · Good computer skills including Excel and job tracking systems Experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, transportables or building trades would be helpful but is not essential .
