Due to continued growth and a strong focus on safety, culture, and continuous improvement, we are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team. The Role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HSE Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and improving the Company’s health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing systems across our operations. This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with operational leaders, supervisors, and employees to drive practical safety outcomes, improve systems, and build a positive and proactive safety culture across the business. The role offers genuine opportunity to make the position your own by contributing to the ongoing development of our safety frameworks, training programs, risk management processes, and workforce capability. Key responsibilities include: Conducting site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments across operational areas. Supporting managers and supervisors to implement effective and practical safety controls. Coordinating incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety improvement initiatives. Maintaining and improving WHS systems, procedures, registers, and compliance documentation. Developing and delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions. Assisting with psychosocial hazard management and workplace wellbeing initiatives. Monitoring compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and Company procedures. Building strong working relationships across all levels of the business to promote engagement and accountability in safety. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational presence with systems improvement, training, and stakeholder engagement. About You You will be a practical and approachable HSE professional who can communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. You will enjoy building relationships, coaching leaders and employees, and helping create a strong safety culture through education, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also bring: Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent. Previous experience in a HSE/WHS coordination role within manufacturing, industrial, logistics, construction, or operational environments. Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and incident investigation processes. Experience conducting workplace inspections, risk assessments, and investigations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging safety training and toolbox talks. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A proactive mindset and genuine passion for workplace safety and wellbeing. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or previous training delivery experience will be highly regarded.
