Technical Business Analyst – AI An established organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst – AI to identify, design, and embed practical AI solutions that improve business operations. This role will work across business, transformation, technical, and vendor teams to assess current processes, identify high-value AI opportunities, and deliver solutions that are practical, measurable, and embedded into everyday workflows. Key responsibilities: Identify and prioritise AI use cases across business operations. Elicit and document business, data, and technical requirements. Design AI-enabled process improvements using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise AI platforms. Develop process maps, data flows, solution briefs, and functional specifications. Work with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Define success metrics and track business benefits. Support testing, release readiness, go-live, handover, and adoption. Build AI capability through training, mentoring, workshops, and best-practice guidance. About you You will bring: 7 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst. 3 years’ hands-on AI implementation experience. Strong understanding of business process analysis, data flows, systems integration, and enterprise AI tools. Proven ability to translate business needs into practical AI solution designs. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience building AI literacy or delivering AI enablement programs. Strong governance, planning, reporting, and change control capability. Relevant qualifications in IT, data science, business analysis, or similar. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or safety-critical environments will be highly regarded. Why apply?
