Project Manager – Digital Transformation We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategically important digital initiatives, with a strong focus on improving customer-facing capabilities and driving business outcomes. This role will suit a delivery-focused project professional who can manage complex technology projects across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and business functions. You will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and transition into business-as-usual support. About the Role You will lead digital and customer experience improvement projects from initiation through to stabilisation, including discovery, planning, requirements, build oversight, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and governance forums Managing scope, change control, budget impacts, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies Providing clear and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders and steering forums Leading cross-functional engagement across product, marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and IT Managing third-party vendors and delivery partners, including SOWs, deliverables, commercials, performance, and escalations Overseeing testing strategy, defect management, business sign-off, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilisation Supporting communications, training, adoption activities, and operational handover Ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, access control, quality, and compliance requirements About You You are a structured, commercially minded Project Manager who can bring clarity to ambiguity and drive delivery through disciplined planning, stakeholder influence, and pragmatic problem-solving. You will bring: 5–7 years’ experience delivering complex IT projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and external vendors Strong experience managing digital, customer-facing, or service improvement initiatives Understanding of integration and data flows, including APIs, middleware or iPaaS, monitoring, event handling, and error handling Strong governance capability across RAID management, change control, planning, and executive reporting Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams Experience in B2B manufacturing, distribution, or similarly complex environments Experience delivering ERP-integrated digital programs Familiarity with modern delivery tools such as Smartsheet Exposure to analytics, tagging practices, product data governance, or digital content operating models A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum, preferred Change management exposure, either formal or practical, advantageous What You’ll Bring You will be known for your delivery discipline, accountability, structured communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to facilitate clear decision-making.
