Cleaning Supervisor - URGENT Capitol Cleaning | Temporary role This role exists because the standard has to be held every day. We urgently need an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to step in and lead a team across Capitol Grand - a mixed-use development in South Yarra that includes luxury residences, hospitality venues and event spaces. We are a professional cleaning business operating at the heart of one of Melbourne's most prestigious mixed-use developments, home to award-winning restaurants, luxury residences and world-class event spaces. Every space we maintain is a reflection of the building we serve. We do not cut corners. We hold the standard because the address demands it. The Role You will supervise daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial and carwash zones. Lead and schedule a team across all site areas Conduct quality checks and follow up on any issues to resolution Own WHS compliance including permit-to-work systems - Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Hot Works and Lift and Fire Isolation Manage rosters, attendance, leave approvals and timesheet accuracy Support the onboarding and training of new team members Oversee safe storage and handling of chemicals and equipment Liaise with building management on site requirements and concerns Based at Capitol Grand, South Yarra. Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. Who We're Looking For You have supervised a cleaning team before, and you know what good looks like. Years of experience in a cleaning role in a luxury environment Proven supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management Solid WHS knowledge including permit-to-work and chemical safety Able to lead and motivate a team without constant oversight High attention to detail and accountability for presentation standards Reliable, solution-focused and able to manage competing priorities Valid Victorian Driver's Licence And the non-negotiables: you take pride in the standard of your work.
