International Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our Perth team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction - ultimately ensuring long-term client retention. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ·Client service management ·Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships ·Managing complaints & disputes ·Cleaning team training & management ·Conducting new contract start-ups and implementations ·Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments ·Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly ·Previous experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required.
