The role and team This role sits within the commercial litigation and disputes practice, with a strong focus on restructuring, insolvency and asset recovery matters. The team advises on complex disputes, insolvency processes, investigations, fraud related matters, asset tracing and cross-border recovery issues. Clients include lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, investors and corporate stakeholders across a range of sectors. You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and commercially sensitive matters with cross-border elements.
