The Opportunity Our client is a growing NewLaw firm that has a loyal client base of SMEs, start-ups, larger corporations, creatives, high net worth individuals. Due to growth, our client is looking to recruit a talented commercial lawyer with around 2 to 5 years post admission experience (strong pre-admission experience will be highly regarded). The work will be broad ranging from: Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and SaaS agreements. Advising on business sales, acquisitions, and shareholder agreements. Managing intellectual property portfolios and trade mark registrations. Why Our Client?
