$75000 - $80,000 Super Full-time, Permanent role St Kilda Road - 4 Days in Office - 1 day WFH The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and switched-on Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing and evolving business based on St Kilda Road. This organisation continues to acquire and expand, resulting in ongoing change, process improvement and workflow consolidation across the finance team. Reporting directly into the AP Team Leader, they are seeking someone confident, adaptable and commercially minded who can thrive in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities End-to-end Accounts Payable processing 3-way matching against stock High-volume invoice processing and data entry Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies Payment runs and reconciliation of supplier statements Maintaining accurate AP records and ensuring timely payments Supporting process improvements as the team moves toward greater automation Contributing to workflow consolidation across the AP function About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dedicated Accounts Payable role Strong background in high-volume AP environments Must have proven 3-way matching experience against stock Hands-on experience across invoice processing, matching, reconciliations and payments Dynamic, sharp and switched-on operator Strong communicator & confident problem solver who takes ownership Systems savvy (broad ERP exposure preferred) Comfortable working in a 4-day office, 1 day from home environment What’s on Offer $75000 - $80,000 Super (flex for the right person) Stable, full-time, permanent opportunity Growing organisation with long-term progression potential Supportive team environment with strong leadership Opportunity to contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives How to Apply Click the link below to apply online.
