Community Aged Care Manager – Relocate to Townsville QLD Salary Package: Up to $96,000 Super Benefits About the Role We are seeking a motivated Community Aged Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a community care hub, delivering high-quality, person-centred services that support older Australians to live independently at home. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing care planning, service delivery, team performance, and operational outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including care partners, carers, and support staff, ensuring services are safe, responsive, and aligned with legislative and program requirements.
