About the role We are looking for a like-minded Service Delivery Manager who values working collaboratively with staff and clients sharing a vision in delivering quality service. This is a hybrid, multi-faceted role, for an experienced client focused and outcomes driven Leader. This is a permanent full-time role that will see you provide a dedicated approach to planning and maintaining efficiency across services delivered to participants daily. With a growing presence in our local community, you will play a key role as a leader responsive to high client and employee expectations, across various service settings where no two days look the same. What you'll be doing Build strong relationships with clients and support workers, leading team supervisions guided by the company's capability framework and management of appraisals Collaborating with clients, their families, care teams and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised support plans, including Implementation of Positive Behaviour Support. Facilitating community access and participation, promoting inclusion and choice when working towards NDIS goals, preferences and decision making. Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards to ensure the wellbeing of clients and colleagues Contribute to the management of incidents, complaints and compliments, demonstrating prompt resolution processes, sound knowledge of industry practice standards and commitment to delivery of safer services Contributing to Business Development from a commercial viewpoint, drawing on professional knowledge and networks in the Geelong region. Ability to interpret and communicate SCHADS Award, Workcover Legislation and OH&S responsibilities from both employer & employee requirements. What we're looking for Do you have or are studying toward a certificate 4 or higher in the Community Services Industry / Disability Services or Mental Health A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar coordinator, managerial community services role, preferably within the disability sector Demonstrated expertise in maintaining client service continuity, with a track record of effectively prioritising urgent changes and optimising scheduling under pressure A genuine passion for supporting individuals with a disability and delivering services which can assist individuals live their best lives Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of clients Short-Term Respite / Respite service experience Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support Implementation Flexibility to travel Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solution-focused approach The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle A current First Aid certificate and CPR NDIS Workers Screener What we offer We are committed to supporting our employees and drive a values-based work culture.
