About the Role The Civil Engineer position is responsible for supporting and coordinating civil and construction-related engineering activities across residential building projects. Location: Suites 5/88 Stonecutters Drive, Colebee, Sydney NSW 2761 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 Superannuation Key Responsibilities Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of civil and construction-related projects Interpret engineering drawings, technical plans, and project specifications Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering requirements Support project scheduling, material coordination, and site documentation processes Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel during project delivery Prepare technical reports, project records, and engineering documentation as required Monitor construction quality and identify technical issues requiring corrective action Assist with estimating quantities, material requirements, and project-related calculations Support compliance with workplace health and safety procedures across project sites Work collaboratively with project teams to support efficient day-to-day operations Skills & Experience Relevant Bachelor qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of full-time relevant work experience in a similar role Understanding of civil construction principles, engineering documentation, and site operations Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within project teams and construction environments Good communication and coordination skills How to Apply Please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience and suitability for the position.
