Maintenance Supervisor – Medical Gas Fairfield | $120K 10% Bonus 12% Super | Flexible working hours working from home opportunities Medical Gas Supervisor Licence (required) An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service and maintenance of medical gas systems across hospitals throughout the Sydney metro area. This is a permanent Monday–Friday leadership role offering strong earning potential, stability, and the opportunity to oversee critical healthcare infrastructure within a highly regulated environment. The Role You will lead a team of technicians while overseeing the servicing, maintenance, and compliance of medical gas systems across multiple hospital sites. This role is critical in ensuring safety, reliability, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring performance targets are met Oversee service, inspection, and maintenance of medical gas systems and equipment Provide technical guidance to technicians and contractors, ensuring best engineering practices Manage breakdown response and escalation across multiple sites Coordinate maintenance schedules, budgets, and job timelines Assist with project estimates, procurement of parts, and stock control Ensure all compliance testing and safety checks meet regulatory standards Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring high service delivery Conduct site inspections and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders Review service reports and maintain accurate documentation Requirements Current Medical Gas Fitting Supervisor Licence (required) Previous supervisory or leadership experience Trade Qualified Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities Full Australian driver’s licence What’s On Offer Salary circa $120,000 10% Bonus (flexible depending on experience) Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week (flexible working hours work from home) Fairfield Stable, long-term leadership role within an essential services sector If you are a licensed Supervisor or Manager from a Medical Gas background with leadership experience, we would like to hear from you.
