What you'll do: Coach and drive positive compliance: manage a small compliance team to drive a positive compliance culture within the Peninsula sales division. You will maintain the complaints & breach register, as well as create reporting for internal stakeholders & Regulatory bodies. Maintain : Mutual’s compliance management framework, ensuring operation in accordance with Regulatory and Financial Services Licence requirements. Train and coach: provide Compliance training to our Sales teams, both in person and online as well as providing on-going coaching and feedback sessions. What you'll need: 3 years in Compliance, ideally with experience in Sales compliance. A hands-on approach to work, with a passion for "doing the right thing Leadership qualities - mentor and coach the team to hit their goals and develop their careers. What Perks do you get?
