We’re seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager / 2IC to join our FIFO mining operations team on a 2:1 roster ex Perth. Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll lead crushing and blending operations, supervise a medium-to-large crew, and help drive safe, efficient, high-performing site operations. Key Responsibilities Liaise with clients and senior management on production, safety, and maintenance Complete inspections, audits, and HSE reporting Prepare and submit daily production reports Plan and coordinate maintenance activities Monitor and maintain site stock levels Maximise plant output, efficiency, and uptime Supervise employees and subcontractors on site Deliver internal training as required What You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ hands-on supervisory experience in mining, quarrying, or mobile crushing operations Mobile Plant qualifications and/or Trade Qualification Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Cert IV in Frontline Management (desirable) Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable) Rapid Crushing & Screening Contractors Pty Ltd is an equal opportunity employer and encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply.
