As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a safety-focused and hands-on Section 26 Working Supervisor to support our FIFO project teams. About the Role This is a FIFO role ex-Perth, working on remote water infrastructure projects on project-specific rosters, to be advised during the hiring process. You’ll be responsible for supervising workers within your appointed area while remaining actively involved in day-to-day site operations. This role requires a strong safety focus, practical leadership style, and the ability to ensure work is performed in accordance with statutory requirements, site procedures, and the site Safety Management System. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and control workers within the appointed area in accordance with the WHS Mines Regulations 2022 and site Safety Management System • Allocate tasks and ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with statutory requirements • Conduct workplace inspections and verify controls are implemented and maintained • Exercise authority to stop unsafe work where required • Provide effective shift handovers and communicate operational and safety information to incoming supervisors • Ensure compliance with all Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor obligations and site procedures • Maintain accurate records and reports relating to safety, incidents, hazards, and operational activities • Support daily site activities while working alongside the crew as required What We’re Looking For ✔️ WA Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification and/or ability to meet appointment requirements ✔️ Supervisory experience in mining, construction, civil, or a related industry ✔️ Strong safety focus and understanding of site procedures ✔️ Hands-on leadership style and good communication skills ✔️ Current Driver’s Licence and relevant industry tickets ✔️ Ability to pass required pre-employment checks Desirable : First Aid certificate and National Police Clearance.
