An opportunity is available for an experienced Injury Management Business Partner to join a national HR team and manage a portfolio of workplace injuries and workers' compensation claims . This role focuses on early intervention, effective case management and sustainable return-to-work outcomes . Working closely with operational leaders, HR teams, insurers and medical professionals, you will ensure injuries are managed proactively while supporting employees through recovery and return to meaningful work. Your ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex claims and deliver practical return-to-work solutions will be key to success. Key Responsibilities Manage workers' compensation claims and injury management cases end-to-end Develop and implement return-to-work and rehabilitation plans Partner with leaders, HR and external providers to drive recovery outcomes Promote early intervention and injury prevention initiatives Maintain compliant claims documentation, reporting and case reviews About You 5 years of experience in injury management or workers' compensation Return to Work Coordinator certification Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and injury management frameworks Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a people-centred approach Please express your interest by submitting your resume.
