The Senior Consultant, Leadership Programs plays a key role in coordinating the design, curation, implementation and evaluation of contemporary programs and initiatives that strengthen leadership capability across the South Australian public sector. Reporting to the Manager, Leadership Programs, the Senior Consultant, Leadership Programs is responsible for coordinating significant training and development projects including managing procurement and contract management processes and ensuring programs are consistent, evidence-informed and deliver impactful learning experiences at scale, while remaining responsive to emerging workforce trends and government priorities. The role is also responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure quality program outcomes are delivered for the public sector.
