Position Available: As a Seafood Process Worker at Atlantic Seafood Market, you will play an important role in supporting daily seafood processing operations. Working closely with the team, you will assist in preparing, cleaning, and handling seafood products to ensure they meet high standards of quality, hygiene, and freshness. You will help maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment and contribute to timely order fulfilment. Previous experience in food handling or a fast-paced production environment is highly regarded. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality seafood products to our customers. Responsibilities: 1. Grades fish and shellfish based on quality and size 2. Weighs and measures fish and shellfish to ensure quality compliance 3. Cleans and prepares fish and shellfish for processing 4. Fillets fish, removes bones, and separates the flesh 5. Cuts fish and shellfish into portions for processing or packaging 6. Package fish and shellfish with appropriate labelling Requirement: 1. Completion of AQF Level I or Junior Secondary education (or equivalent) 2. At least 1 year of relevant industry experience 3. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship 4. Ability to work independently while effectively managing tasks and 5. Australian citizens are strongly encouraged to apply.
