Your Opportunity In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily scheduling for a team of field technicians, making real-time adjustments to maximise efficiency, meet customer expectations, and deliver operational KPIs. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily technician schedules , adapting to changing priorities Respond quickly to same-day changes, urgent bookings, and customer requests Monitor job progress and reallocate work as needed throughout the day Ensure efficient utilisation of technician time and resources Communicate regularly with technicians, customers, and internal teams Support the Branch Manager and field team with operational coordination Drive performance standards and contribute to a high-performing team culture Maintain accurate scheduling and job data within internal systems About You Previous experience in scheduling or dispatch in a fast-paced environment (essential) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with a professional phone manner A proactive, resilient approach with a strong sense of urgency Solid computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling systems Why Join Flick Anticimex?
