The Bald Hill Lithium Mine is a hard‑rock open cut operation located approximately 110km southeast of Kalgoorlie. The mine has been operational for 5 years, with a further 5 years planned and strong potential for future expansion. Accommodation is provided at the Mount Marion Village, a modern 500‑person camp with recently upgraded facilities. What You Will Be Doing You will be working within mining production operations, supporting the restart of Bald Hill across bulk earthworks and haulage activities. The successful candidates will be responsible for: Operating Graders (CAT 16M & 18M) or Loaders (CAT 988, 982, 992) Supporting production and mining operations Completing pre‑start checks, equipment inspections, and reporting defects Working safely in a hard‑rock open pit environment Operating across 12.5‑hour shifts on a 2/1 roster (DS/NS) Contributing to a high‑performance production team during ramp‑up phase What You Will Need Proven experience operating Graders (16M/18M) and/or Loaders (988/982/992) Previous experience in hard‑rock or lithium mining environments Valid Driver’s Licence Strong safety focus and ability to follow site procedures Ability to work in remote FIFO conditions What’s in It for You?
