This is a full-time 6-month fixed term contract based at our Kings Park Distribution Centre, working within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting store requests, customer enquiries and transfer orders Coordinating spare parts administration and tracking case updates Assisting with reporting functions and reviewing information received from third parties Liaising with technicians and internal stakeholders regarding customer cases Supporting Quality Control administration and data reporting Assisting with product quality projects and database updates Providing administrative support to the wider Quality team as required Experience that would suit the role Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach Experience within retail, furniture, warehousing or customer support environments will be highly regarded Understanding of Australian Consumer Law or product quality processes is advantageous How to Apply We're excited to grow our team and would love to learn more about you.
