About the Role To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Site Services team. This is a complex, high-responsibility role at the centre of our workforce deployment — ensuring all mobilisation and compliance requirements are met in line with Minprovise and client site standards. You will be the key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders and client sites, managing end-to-end mobilisation of personnel across our project portfolio. Your Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end workforce mobilisation including travel, medicals, inductions and site access coordination Verify and manage employee qualifications, compliance records and certification renewals Maintain and update personnel databases and mobilisation/compliance systems Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment of workers to client sites Monitor training renewals and conduct compliance audits Manage mobilisation logistics and proactively resolve deployment issues before they escalate About You: Proven experience in workforce mobilisation within mining or heavy industry RTIO & BHP End-to-End Mobilisation experience highly regarded Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills Familiarity with compliance systems and client-specific requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work at pace, think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure What We Offer: 8:6 or 5:2 roster based locally in Perth for a better work-life balance Professional development and career progression pathways Inclusive work environment with a strong safety culture Novated lease options, discounted Qantas Club membership and Employee Assistance Program As part of the recruitment process you may be required to complete pre-employment screening including a Medical and Working Rights Check.
