Description Prepare and issue invoices in line with company policies and client agreements. Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments. Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update the accounting system accordingly. Collaborate with internal departments to address billing queries and disputes. Assist in month-end reporting and account reconciliations for the Accounts Receivable ledger. Support the Accounting and Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Profile A successful Accounts Receivable Officer will have: Experience in accounts receivable or similar accounts related role. Proficiency in accounting software and strong MS Excel skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to resolve issues independently.
