We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in delivering responsive, reliable support to our customers. About the role You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish. You’ll also develop a strong understanding of our products, confidently sharing information and applying your knowledge to support customer needs.
