What you'll be doing You'll help manage the day-to-day flow of the business through customer communication, scheduling, administration, and coordination between departments. Your role is to help keep everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly. Here's just a rough snapshot of a typical day for yourself. • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers professionally • Managing our installation calendars, appointments, and scheduling • Coordinating between sales consultants, installers, and operations • Following up customers via phone, email, and SMS • Assisting with admin tasks and documentation • Completing connection paperwork, booking in service requests and job packs • Calling clients after installation to run through any feedback Who we're looking for Someone friendly, organised, reliable, and confident communicating with customers and staff alike. Previous solar experience, reception, or customer service experience is highly regarded, but attitude and professionalism matter most. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration, reception, customer service, scheduling, or office coordination is required. Candidates must have permanent Australian work rights.
