What you’ll actually do You’ll work on boutique landscaping projects across Perth, installing high-end outdoor spaces using premium materials. Projects include: Paving with high quality materials Complete Irrigation system installation and repairs Lawn installations and soil preparation Limestone block work Planting and softscaping Corten steel edging and garden features Steppers and crazy paving Wooden screening and structural landscaping You’ll be working alongside a skilled team where quality matters more than speed . Key responsibilities Maintain safety for yourself, your team and the public at all times Deliver work to exceptional quality standards Communicate clearly with Kale, Clare and your team Follow plans and project run sheets accurately in order to install projects as detailed Provide reliable and professional service Maintain a clean site, vehicles and equipment at all times Analyse and problem solve daily tasks and site specific situations for efficient and high quality outcomes. Long term: Becoming a trusted, go-to team member Contributing to high-end projects we’re proud to showcase Growing into more responsibility or a leadership role The ideal person You’re someone who: Takes serious pride in their work Loves being outdoors and building things properly Works well in a team Communicates clearly and professionally Is reliable, motivated and detail-focused Has strong tool handling skills and safe work practices Requirements: Manual driver’s licence Certificate III in Landscape Construction and/or proven 2-3 years landscaping/building experience Australian working rights Bonus points for experience with: Irrigation systems knowledge - repairs, installations, issue diagnosis Paving and stonework - dry lay, wet lay, cladding Planting and softscaping - soil prep, tree installation, plant install best practices Trailer driving Gardening maintenance tasks (hedging, pruning, mowing, topiary) Tips to stand out We’ve had 700 applications in the past 6 months.
